Record storage and management

The records require constant care resulting of the current needs of the company, such as creation and entering new records into the archive, sorting the records according to the archive groups, as well as removal of outdated records. Only to browse through last year's invoices one needs to find them in the archive, remove them and execute a range of other actions.

The services of current archive care can be provided by our company at the customer's headquarters, by the means of specialized software, creation of an archive record registry and concurrent updates to it. It would be more cost-effective though to release the documents to our care at our facilities.
