Record clean-up and sorting

After reviewing your records and expectations, we will execute a clean-up and sorting operation in them, based on your administrative and archive instructions. Where absent, such instructions will be developed for you, segmenting the archives into appropriate categories (A, B50, B30, B25 and through BC). After systemizing the records, we will review the folder descriptions where those are contained. Each archive unit will be assigned a signature and secured in the warehouse, on appropriately marked shelves. The resulting archive registry is then handed over to the customer.
